Posted: Feb 03, 2009 06:59 AM	Y filter screens Hi there. I have a couple E-30's and was wondering if I could get those Y filter screens going into the machine from the local plumbing supply rather than pay the specialty price from Graco. Anyone do this yet?
Linerman Posted: Feb 03, 2009 06:26 PM	You can get them at your local hydraulic hose supply company(may have to order) the only thing is I'm not entirely sure if that filter screen will work with Graco's Y-line strainer. Dixon Brass makes Y-line strainers for about $80 including filter screen. The screen itself was only like $5 if I remember correctly.

Posted: Feb 14, 2009 11:18 AM	80 mesh is what we use on the check valve assembly. We have a few 60 mesh screens left and may make 1000 more for our inventory if people start asking for them. The 80 mesh is by far the most popular.

I found that any solids that would pass through a 40 mesh, would pass through an .01 or .02 chamber. This was especially helpful when spraying open cell foams, that contained more solids. Dave

If 3-4 of you want to go together, we can make the 40 mesh and sell a 500 pack for .70/each - 350.00 for 500pc bulk box (that's 7.00 for a 10 pack) If you like, I can send a sample of the 60/80, but its the same thing we now make, just larger mesh. Let us know and we can have them in 3-4 weeks.
