temperature settings
Can I get some insight into setting up hose heat and preheat
temperature settings.I'm using 2# RTC cc foam.A new Reactor
H-40 machine and a d gun.The manufacture calls for 110-120 A Side,110-130 B side.

Do I set at lowest temp and adjust as I go to get the best pattern
and performance.Do I change with the speed of chemical output?
Thankyou.

Here is a good starting point, set your temperatures at 120 across the board, pressure at 1200. Now because your B side material is thicker run it about 10 degrees higher. bring your hose heat up to target temp. before turning on preheaters. Hose takes about 30 -45 min. to heat ,preheaters take 15-30 seconds.Test spray to see how your foam looks and make adjustments accordingly.Colder ambient temperatures require more heat, hotter require less. Some will disagree, just my two cents.
