Spray foam on roof interior
I am working on a type IIB office building and the owner wants to use spray foam on the underside of the metal roof deck. There is a standing seam metal roof on top of the deck. Does anyone know of any tested assemblies for a roof in this configuration? Most of the info I find concerns residential, Type VB construction.

It will work well, providing that the underside of the roof metal is not galvanized. If so, the oil film needs to be removed.

Best wishes,

Yep, and I can do that.
