Rock Walls
What is the easiest way to build a rock wall if no molds are available. Living in south Louisiana, we don't have a whole lot of rocks around to make molds.

Any suggestion as to the best way to make a rock wall?

I actually sold foam packs to a contractor who did rock walls for cabella's and bass pro shop. He bought the 1.75 density packs and sprayed a small area, then his partner would quickly put a mold he made out of plastic and saran wrap on top of it while it was rising. If you never tried one of the foam packs they spray with a popcorn type finish, not smooth at all - at least the touch n seal brand. I never saw it but he said it works, he said he sprays it with cooking spray so it doesn't stick, and the foam pack foam takes a minute to cure. He also said he has to do some residual carving but it was totally worth the money, he then spray painted it grey and touched up with black and brown. You would't be able to climb it but it would be a nice architectural element.

If you made a few good piles of foam, you could get someone to make a mold perhaps.
