Retro Fit in existing masonry building
I'm working on a project in Texas, 6 story bldg. The exterior seathing was removed in some areas by a remedation contractor. Can we use foam to replace it and avoid the need to remove the brick. This is a curtain wall (non-supportive) with brick exterior and metal studs. How do we retain the air/drainage space? Could we use a baffle system similar to attic baffles? Any suggestion to save the masonry would be greatly appreciated.
