presure problem ?
I got this problem and just would like to hear from pro`s.
So, I was spraying just two days ago - all went good. Then I had my ISO side block clogged with some B resin (b bock leaked into the gun and reacted with ISO)
I got that cleaned out. Start recirculate and I got flow on both sides. then when I close the valves both gauges going up on up stroke and then on doen stroke A gauge goes up to 1400 psi and B trying to but stops at about 800 psi less.
My opinion is the lower ball seat is not closing all the way and the resin goes back to drum. Or is this is my A side got clogged in the hose????

Thanks.

I got it fixed. Thanks to Kevin local North East GRACO sales person for help in locating the problem.

It is was the lower ball seat on B pump. I took the pump out of the A5 unit and did not even break that down just looked trough the bottom hole in the pump and I found a metal piece about half inch long and it was twisted like a spring - it was a chip from drum aluminum cap. This thing is stuck there and did not let the lower ball to close all the way.

It was an ease fix and good exp.
