Old Material
I've got a full, unopened set of 1/2lb foam. That is about 2 years old. Materials were shipped to customers project. Customer ran into some construction delays and ended up not completing a section that was going to take the additional set and ate the price of that set. They told us to come pick up the material and get it off site since they weren't using it. Is it possible to that this material is still usable? I have a warehouse attic I could spray it in if i can get it to make decent foam.

The open cell foam probably needs to be reblended. You could have had some surfactant drift. The foam now would probably have poor cell structure and be very slow reacting. What brand is it? Who did you buy it from? You should contact them to get their recommendations.
