Material cost - are we on the right track?
Ordered our rig, a week of BASF training next week. We have 29 million sq ft of roof spraying experience, but new to SPF.

Intend to use Permax 2.5 lb and our cost is $1.83/lb. The Permax 120 acrylic coating is $15/gal.

Any glaring errors that you see?

Yes. No experience with SPF.

BASF has a very good training center in Houston. Jim Andersen has loads of experience and I have the utmost faith in his instructions.

However, you will go through a significant learning curve on the job. You may want to obtain on the jobsite training in addition to the classroom and hands on training from BASF. Call to discuss further at 5171-239-5221. Check out my website masonknowles.com

Not really an error, more of an observation. Why are you going to the BASF training to spray the Permax products? Doesn't Permax provide any training?

We signed up for the BASF class before we settled on Permax for our materials.
