limitations on advice
You may have noticed that some times I will suggest to a reader asking advice on a specific application to contact an experienced professional for an onsite analysis and evaluation.

This is because in some of the topics, the possible problems and solutions can be greatly varied depending on the specific circumstances of that job.

In these cases, I and my contributing readers will provide a a laundry list of items to consider that will include helpful information on how to work out the problem or to find a professional to assist them.

But please consider that not all items that could affect a situation can be adequately described in a forum. Sometimes, you just have to be at the site to find the source of the issue and provide a reasonable solution.

As a rule of thumb, if it takes 4 paragraphs to describe your problem, it most likely will require a professional onsite to assess the situation and make recommendations.
