Hxp-2
What is the Hxp-2 the equivalent to on the H Series? Is it a H-25 or H-40?

Will this unit spray an 03 chamber on a Fusion AP or would I have to change the pumps out?

I did a little research for you..

Hxp-2 H-25

1.5 GPM 22 LB/MIN
310ft hose 310ft hose
15kw heater 8k or 15k heater

I'm not 100% on this but a gallon of resin weighs roughly 8lbs a gallon? Which puts the Hxp-2 at about 12 pounds a minute vs. the H-25's 22lb/min.

Who knows, i'm probably way off....i'm tired.

The HXP-2 has the same heaters as the 15kw version of the H25. Same hydraulic pump too. Difference is the hxp-2 has the 80 size pumps and the h25 has the 120 size pumps. hxp2 has higher pressure, but lower output. hxp 2 will not support an 03 chamber. An H25 will spray an 03 chamber wide open and maintain 1250-1300psi. I assume that you are interested in the hxp-2 instead of the h25 because you want to spray polyurea as well as foam? If so, the hxp3 is the way to go. It has the 80 pumps but the bigger hydraulic pump. It will spray an 03 chamber and maintain 1700psi. Check out the performance chart on page 3 of the manual at right.

Hope this helps,

George

Bedliner guy closing his shop. I was just trying to figure out if I can do anything with his unit to help him get out.

I think that it is just to small for anything that I do.
