Hose heat,
Has anyone experienced a deformation in vinyl siding caused by the hose heat? I had a hose brought in through a second story window and the hose was near but not directly against the vinyl siding. There appears to be a vertical mark about 6' long which has deformed the vinyl which looks like it was caused by heat. Any thoughts? I don't want to take the blame for it, but I have no other possibly causes in mind. We are going to check the hose heat with a temp. gun tomorrow and see but feel it is an unlikely cause.

Thanks, Tim

Is it possible to post a picture of it Tim?

I am off the hook. Seems the sun was reflecting off the window and generating enough heat to melt/deform the plastic. I was pretty sure the hose was not the culprit.

Thanks again.
