High Temperature Foam
I have a designer that is looking for spf that can handle up to 400F heat indefinetley. The spf would be sprayed on duct work. Does this kind of product actually exist?

Not going to happen.

Mineral fibre or calcium silicate insulation is about your only option.

I too am looking for a higher than normal temperature foam. I found NCFI 14-006, continous duty rating of 250 degrees and limited duty to 300. Has anyone sprayed this product and wish to comment. Sales rep says "yield is roughly 2700 bd.ft." How rough (or realistic) is this estimate? All input is welcome, thanks
