half pound foam problems
This is my first time using my E-20 and the Foam-Lok Lapolla FL-500 foam. It seems to be very weak and have big air pockets. What is the temperature this foam should be sprayed at? That might be my problem or maybe its just a old batch. Does any one have any suggestions?

Check with Lapolla for their recommendations for their FL-500 foam. Most half pound foams are kind of airy & spongy.

Did you thouroughly mix the "B" component before spraying or running it through your machine? How big are the air pockets? You should have an extremely fine cell structure like angel food cake.

If you go to lapolla.com and click on FL 500 you will see the data sheet on spray instructions. This is seperate from the FL 500 tech data sheet..Or call 8884lapolla.
