It actually froze or is just really thick?

I had some foam left out last year in -9*F on a jobsite. I didn't have issues other than the need to warm it back up in the trailer and it sprayed fine.

Mine never actually froze though, it was just thick VERY thick, even the ISO.

Can I spray closed cell foam under 0 degrees?

A customer that I visited this week has a vapor leak in his pre-fabricated freezer and asked that I spray the inside edge of his freezer walls where they meet the ceiling. Typically this would be fairly simply except for the ice build up and of course the temperature.

Removal of the ice will be fairly simple, but will spray foam cure at that temperature. I have seen refrigeration guys apply spray foam out of the can to this same application with no sucess.

All the spray foam out of the can did was not expand and then fall off.

Anyone tackled this issue before?
