Foam?Fire Horror Stories??
Are there any documented or verifiable instances of properly, professionally installed spray foam either being the direct cause of or contributing to the severity of a fire?? I am speaking specifically of modern foams with water based blowing agents. The only fire I have heard about with foam involved was a home that I did several years ago. A fire started in the garage, and my foam was creditied by the homeowner and the fire dept for preventing the fire from spreading into the main house. The homeowner was very eager for me to re-foam his repaired garage!! |
