Foam Thickness Calculations
I understand that there is a way of calculating the thickness of foam insulation needed accounting for enviromental factors but have not found any programs or methods of doing it. Does anyone here know how to calculate the minimum thicknesses or know where I can find a program to do it for me ???

I have an excel spread sheet the will calculate how many inches of insulation is required to cover a wood stud to prevent condensation. On this sheet you have to enter your indoor outdooor temp, humidity levels inside your structure, and the inches you want to spray. the sheet will tell you if condensation will form on the interior of the exposed stud. I am not in the spray buisness yet, but am getting close. I am waiting for equipment quotes.
