Compressor oil/moisture problem!!
I have an oil trap connected directly to my Curtis compressor then my fairly new omega 30cfm refrigerated air dryer second in line followed by my air regulator (which is leaking air through the knob) which branches off to my pumps and ap fusion gun. Lately I have been getting some moisture and what looks and feels like compressor oil coming out of the gun! Checked the filter on my oil trap and it seemed fine.
Also I originally had a Parker watts desiccant dryer that clogged up on me so I had it replaced with the refrigerated dryer recommended to me by my supplier so maybe it's not keeping up with my compressor?

just wondering if anyone can help me out?!
Don't wanna spray until I figure out the problem! Really stressing me out! :( any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Are you sure it is compressor oil?

It is more likely that you have a side seal leaking ISO or Resin into the air stream.

Yes I just checked it again today I'm sure it's compressor oil. Compressor was also low on oil. I spoke to a compressor specialist and he said it's likely a cracked head gasket that's causing it and that the oil trap won't catch ALL of the oil if it's coming out in large amounts.

Going to try replacing head gasket and I'll see if that does the trick because I'm still getting air bubbles in my foam and can't delay my jobs for much longer. If anyone has ever had any similar problems please let me know.

I have a customer and we can't seem to find the source of his bubbles/pin holes - very frustrating - about to tell him to switch foam.
