Company Valuations
We are looking for market comp data on how people value spray foam operations. We are looking at taking on equity investors and also looking at employee stock option plans and need some better pricing information. Of course their is asset value - but the whole idea is to create more value than that... I have heard 4-8 times trailing 12 month earnings. That is the best that I have so far. Any other ideas? |
