Can polyurea be sprayed with this Fusin tip? We have tried, and find that it is either one side or the other being sprayed but not both.

I wanted to use this chamber to pinpoint seams and fasteners rather than laying a huge wide path on the first two passes. This would also allow us to put more poly exactly where we want it instead of the surrounding roof areas.

Hi Aaron

Yes it can. We sort of go against the grain on roofing application and spray without filters with an 02 tip.

We sprayed 2 sets of Polyurea since Saturday with a 2929 tip and found that if we didn't go with 80 mesh (I am pretty sure this is the small one) that any contanaments would clog up the sides of the smaller 2929 tip.

Once we changed to smaller filters, we didn't have any problems spraying on ratio.

You may just have to look at your filters on the A and B side and see what size they are and then go to an 80 mesh. This should solve your problem.
