Air Cell Condensate Drain
Has anyone encountered issues with their condensate drain on their air dryer. I have a Donaldson Air Dryer and the condensate drain started malfunctioning about a month ago. It just started continuously purging air, engaging and disengaging quickly. After talking to a few technicians, I learned this pump works separately to the dryer, so simply swapping it to a new one should remedy the issue. I purchased an air Cell drain and it seemed to be working for a few weeks. Today it just started doing the same cycling pattern as the old one. Engaging and disengaging. This happens under air pressure load and when it's completely isolated with no air. Does anyone have any suggestions? The aircell company seems to be apprehensive on warranting it, even though it's 1 month old and was rarely tested yet. It seems like such a simple operation and the zero loss drain should last a lifetime.
