Wedge Roofing Awarded for High-Tech Spray Foam Roofing Project

ORLANDO, FL – March 28, 2016 – The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) presented their National Industry Excellence Awards last February. Wedge Roofing were the winners in the category, Roof foam less than 40,000 sq. ft., for their work on the Small Precision Tools – USA Facility in Petaluma, CA.

At this the 11th annual awards gala, Wedge Roofing has won their second National Industry Excellence Award, competing against industry leading projects from across the country. Wedge Roofing's design and build of this high-tech roof was judged to be the best roofing project in the country. Nominations are judged on Value for Money, Speed of Delivery, Environmental Sustainability, Innovation, Best Practices, Problem Solving, and Risk Mitigation. Nominations are judged independently by a national panel of industry experts.

However, that wasn't the only accolade that Wedge Roofing was awarded for their work on the Small Precision Tools facility. At the 2016 International Roofing Expo, the National Roofing Contractors Association awarded Wedge Roofing with the roofing industry’s most prestigious honor, the NRCA Gold Circle Award. Annually, the NRCA bestows Gold Circle Awards to members from around the world for their outstanding contributions to the roofing industry. Wedge Roofing was the recipient of the 2016 Gold Circle Award in the category of “Innovative Solutions in Reroofing” for their technically challenging commercial spray foam roof.
