Gaco Western's GacoToughFoam Spray Polyurethane Foam Meets Class A (Class 1) Requirements
SEATTLE, WA – September 24, 2015 – GacoToughFoam High-Density 10 Lb. Spray Foam is designed for use in a variety of applications including poultry houses, livestock enclosures and uninhabited storage buildings -- in all of these areas exceptional strength and durability are crucial to resist damage from livestock and poultry, and to withstand the everyday industrial and agricultural environment.

Industry preferences and regulatory requirements are changing and beginning to require Class A (Class 1) foams be used in these applications. Gaco Western's GacoToughFoam is the first high-density 10 lb. spray foam in the industry to meet Class A (Class 1) requirements*.

In addition to providing a seamless air barrier to reduce uncontrolled air leakage and lower energy costs, GacoToughFoam reduces condensation, moisture and mold to help prevent disease and improve living environments, thereby increasing livestock and poultry productivity.

"Throughout the country, we're seeing changes in insulation requirements for agricultural buildings and GacoToughFoam provides the ideal solution," stated Tom Sojak, Vice President Sales, GacoWallFoam. "Whether used alone or as a system with other Gaco closed cell foams, GacoToughFoam is approved for use where other 10 lb. foams are not."
